Identified - The AP Essentials Root Certificate Authority has changed again this year. Customers with API integrated solutions to AP Essentials will need to remove the old Digicert Global G2 Root & Intermediate certificate authorities and *.readsoftonline certificates from their certificate store and then import the new *.readsoftonline and "USERTrust RSA Certification Authority" Root CA. We’ve provided instructions on how to export the new certificate from the AP Essentials website here in our Knowledge Base The import procedure for each customer will vary depending on the ERP or integration.

We upgraded our TeC SFTP server to a newer version on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 13:00 UTC, and as a result of this SFTP clients will need to accept a new SSH fingerprint.
Should an SFTP client is unable to connect to the server, please follow the below instructions to resolve the issue:
- If you are seeing errors indicating that you are unable to connect via SFTP/SSH connection. Do the following:
SSH fingerprint key update is system-invoked. Please ensure you accept this new SSH fingerprint key during your next connection attempt.
- If you can't accept the SSH host server fingerprint (system invoked). You can apply the fingerprint manually, here is the list: DSA host key 1024 bits SHA-256 fingerprint: +13n9ENnqwwOTsIxkLQp4JayuDhwQz2uXMIpaSQbkBI MD5 fingerprint: 7c:bf:0a:e5:19:0f:a7:8a:cd:48:b8:f8:1e:19:49:bb SHA-1 fingerprint: 27:4a:63:f9:ca:07:a1:94:46:56:3e:d9:a3:cc:b3:10:0c:0a:50:bb Bubble-Babble: xenog-pymez-nydib-lymyn-gecoh-kazet-nymus-sasac-byfeb-pagar-ruxix
