TTA Cloud - EMEA Lower Upgrade May 15, 2026 19:00-23:00 UTC
The *.ttaeu.dev.tungstencloud.com lower environments (dev2, dev3, dev4, dev5, dev6, dev7, dev8, uat, modeltrain, preprod) will be upgraded to 2026.2.1. This will result in a complete outage of all lower environments during the maintenance window. All TotalAgility customers will need to upgrade their integration servers and transformation designer after maintenance is complete.
If Professional Services (PS) assistance is needed for the TotalAgility 2026.2.1 upgrade, please contact PS as early as possible before the scheduled upgrade day.

* WPP-compatible queue deployment with automated detection and configuration, while maintaining secure release workflows.
Clearer billing accountability:
* Exportable active-user details that show exactly who was counted, by billing period.
MFD Go Client Enhancements
Basic Accounting: Added for Lexmark, Fujifilm platforms
Capture Metadata: Added for Ricoh platform
Capture Scan Setting: Added for HP OXPd platform
Clientless Print Release (Zero Trust): Added for Lexmark, Canon platforms

Automatic Update Settings
Tenants have 30 days after Printix goes live to select how or if they will receive automatic updates. Please take time to evaluate the automatic update settings and select whichever fits best for your organization: “General Version” is the default setting which will provide a generally available Printix Client to your organization. For more information please refer to the Printix 2026.1 documentation once available.
Printix Client Support Policy
As automatic updates get re-enabled it’s important for Tungsten and Printix tenants that Printix clients stay up to date. New feature functionality, security updates and process improvements are contained in almost every update of Printix Client. Tungsten will begin to enforce a policy related to automatic updates where we will support the current release along with two full releases back of Printix Client. Versions outside of these releases will be treated with “Limited Support”. Updates will be made to Tungstens support lifecycle page shortly.

New Printix IP addresses for Azure cloud storage Jul 16, 2026 10:00-11:00 UTC
Tungsten has added new IP addresses related to cloud storage for additional redundancy. These IP addresses will be enabled on July 16th. Organizations who use Azure cloud storage should now add the following IP addresses to their Azure Firewall configuration:
51.138.117.189
4.245.85.136
51.105.161.29
