TTA Cloud - EMEA Lower Upgrade Feb 13, 2026 17:00-21:00 UTC

The *.ttaeu.dev.tungstencloud.com lower environments (dev2, dev3, dev4, dev5, dev6, dev7, dev8, uat, modeltrain, preprod) will be upgraded to 2026.1.1. This will result in a complete outage of all lower environments during the maintenance window. All TotalAgility customers will need to upgrade their integration servers and transformation designer after maintenance is complete.

If Professional Services (PS) assistance is needed for the TotalAgility 2026.1.1 upgrade, please contact PS as early as possible before the scheduled upgrade day.

Printix - Update Go clients for Lexmark & Ricoh Mar 1, 2026 00:00-00:01 UTC

Summary:
We strongly recommend updating to the latest Printix Go for Lexmark and Printix Go for Ricoh clients (2025.4). New releases include TLS/security enhancements and improved compatibility with current Lexmark/Ricoh device firmware.

Why this matters:
• Latest clients include updated security hardening
• Designed to align with the latest Lexmark & Ricoh firmware behaviour
• Older client versions may rely on older security mechanisms and can increase vulnerability exposure

Impact:
• No immediate service interruption is planned.
• Older clients may continue to function, but support for older Go client versions will be discontinued over time as the platform and device firmware evolve.
• Staying current is the best way to reduce security and compatibility risk.

Action (recommended):
Update your device clients using the instructions below, or via accessing the Software page in your Printix tenant.

Scheduled - SFTP connector IP address change
Starting March 31, 2026, Tungsten AP Essentials will use new IP addresses when connecting to your SFTP server. If you restrict access by IP address, you must update your network configuration before this date.

As of March 31, the old IP addresses will no longer be used.
