EInvoice Network will be performing maintenance on Saturday, May 10, from 6:00 GMT till 15:00 GMT.
We will be using this time to upgrade our infrastructure and speed up our overall service.
During this maintenance window, the following services and applications will not be available for use, or may show a delay in responses and performance: Tungsten Network Portal. E-Invoicing Services. Purchase Order Service. Invoice Status Service.
Once we have completed our maintenance, you will be able to use the Tungsten Portal and all Tungsten Network Services as usual.
If your system encounters an error during automatic submission, you may need to attempt to reconnect once the maintenance is completed.

The *.ttaeu.tungstencloud.com environment will be upgraded to 8.1.0.6. This will result in a complete outage of all live environments during the maintenance window. All TotalAgility customers must upgrade their integration servers and transformation designer after maintenance is complete.
