Identified -
This issue is confirmed and has been traced to authentication between components of the case handling systems for Printix customers. We are unable to provide a resolution time right now but will advise as soon as we have a solution for this. The underlying Printix service remains unaffected by this incident.

Investigating -
Some customers may experience and an "Oops! Something went wrong" error message when attempting to open a service case via their Printix Administrator. There is a link on the bottom of that error message that can be used to create a service case while we investigate this issue.
