Identified

We upgraded our TeC SFTP server to a newer version on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 13:00 UTC, and as a result of this SFTP clients will need to accept a new SSH fingerprint.

Should an SFTP client is unable to connect to the server, please follow the below instructions to resolve the issue:

- If you are seeing errors indicating that you are unable to connect via SFTP/SSH connection. Do the following:

SSH fingerprint key update is system-invoked. Please ensure you accept this new SSH fingerprint key during your next connection attempt.

- If you can't accept the SSH host server fingerprint (system invoked). You can apply the fingerprint manually, here is the list:
DSA host key 1024 bits
SHA-256 fingerprint: +13n9ENnqwwOTsIxkLQp4JayuDhwQz2uXMIpaSQbkBI
MD5 fingerprint: 7c:bf:0a:e5:19:0f:a7:8a:cd:48:b8:f8:1e:19:49:bb
SHA-1 fingerprint: 27:4a:63:f9:ca:07:a1:94:46:56:3e:d9:a3:cc:b3:10:0c:0a:50:bb
